Two Lancasters and a Vulcan

I spent an excellent day at RAF Waddington with my friend Tony Trotman-Beasty on Thursday, photographing the last two flying Lancaster bombers from WW2 and also XH558, the last flying Vulcan. Despite an early start, there were thousands of people there to witness this historic event. I managed to get a good cross selection of images although the flypast of all three planes was a touch challenging with just a 70-200mm lens – too far away to get a meaningful image.
